You will learn to use 5 machines for a full body routine once a week in a virtual training course.
At a gym of your choice, I will personally guide you on how to apply the lifting principles on each machine for a safe, effective and infrequent way to build and maintain muscle mass.
My goal is for you to learn this routine and practice on your own for a lifetime. The sessions are tailored for self-sufficient practice and occasional touch-ups further down the line.
You will also learn a head to toe tai chi joint loosening routine for daily health and fitness in a park, back yard or home of your choice.
Full body circuit routines are the most efficient and effective way to build total body muscle, safely, in the shortest amount of time.
Coupled with tai chi, the combination builds a strong life affirming foundation for a dynamic life.
Healthy muscles and joints will be a pillar for a more vibrant and active life.
